I've been a customer for around 3 years, and I've watched your company grow from it's humble beginnings, but I have to say, the one thread that has been maintained throughout is the professionalism of your staff and services. I don't know what we'd have done without Flow... We run a community forum on vBulletin, and we have been struggling with other webhosts for some time. We couldn't find a host with the right level of features for the right cost, until we found The Hosting Folks at the last moment. Our website was down for around a week with our previous host, and we where in danger of loosing our website due to the tight budget. We decided to take a punt with The Hosting Folks, and to our surprise and great elation, we managed to get our website online easier than we ever expected. We used SSH to restore our huge MySQL database, and easily uploaded our files using FTP, and found ourselves online quickly with only a few configuration changes. Now all our staff have their own e-mail inboxes, and our forum has been online solidly for over a year. Many huge thanks to you for the service you've given us!
....Pleasently surprised! I just want to say that I was pleasently surprised to find the "FreeHost For Domains" while checking out my domain names the other day! The features and tools offered are great and at no extra cost, I honestly thought I would have to pay for the Starter Standard package just to host my simple page, but no! A very very good service and a very satisfied customer here!
Helped me out no end... I just thought I would let you know that I find the tools provided with your hosting a major help to myself, who has limited understanding of how to install forums and blogs. The scripts have let me install my WordPress blog and also a php forum with just a few clicks, which came as a huge surprise after expecting to be sat down for hours on end figuring out how to set them up myself! I would never look back now I've found you guys.
